Course Description
Interpret and understand construction contract clauses, compliance, ramifications and AIA G701 Construction Change Orders. Recognize differences in owner contracts and required documents, i.e. private, municipalities, federal government. Understand bonding and insurance requirements. Customize standard subcontracts and purchase orders to comply with owner contract requirements.
