Course Description
Create RFP's/ITB's for subcontractors and suppliers. Procure and analyze proposals and scopes of work from subcontractors and suppliers. Identify project specific General Requirements, i.e. dumpsters, trash chute, fencing. Assemble final proposal for submission.
