Course Description

Employ the processes that organize, manage and lead a project. Identify and document project roles, responsibilities, required skills, reporting skills, reporting relationships and creating a staffing management plan. Learn the processes and activities that determine quality policies, objectives and responsibilities so that the project will satisfy the needs for which is was undertaken.
